An exhibition of paintings by Rafał Olbiński, an internationally famous Polish painter, graphic artist and poster designer, was among the attractions of an event called Women’s Secrets in Warsaw’s Saska Kępa neighborhood June 5.

The numerous guests at the event, held at the Klub Kultury venue, were able to sample wines from the Dobre Wina wine cellar as they inspected paintings of female nudes by two other internationally known artists, Poland’s Jan Opaliński and Timur Karim from Tajikistan.

The musical highlight of the event was a concert entitled My Journey by Patrycja Piekutowska, a Polish violinist who plays at venues around the world. The night’s entertainment also included performances by sax player and vocalist Lech Szprot and mezzo-soprano Ewa Szadejko, who sang a selection of jazz standards.

Women were able to check out a fashion show featuring hand-painted spring and summer dresses designed by fashion stylist Anna Dominika Strzępek. The show was followed by a presentation of exclusive lingerie from Polish company Alles. The evening ended with an auction of ink prints by Olbiński and of a dress by Strzępek. There was also a raffle with prizes provided by sponsors and partners of the event. The prizes included umbrellas designed by British producer Zest, a Lewanowicz fashion jewelry collection and Alles lingerie gift vouchers.

The night was organized by the World Art Promotion company. The Warsaw Voice was a media partner of the event.
