15 million in Accor Group Loyalty Program

The Le Club Accorhotels loyalty program, launched five years ago by the Accor Group, now has more than 15 million members.
The loyalty program is available free to every guest at Accor Group hotels. Members receive points for each stay at Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Grand Mercure, The Sebel, Novotel, Suite Novotel, Mercure, Adagio, ibis, ibis Styles, Orbis, Adagio Access, and Thalassa Sea & Spa hotels.
The collected points can be exchanged for various benefits and rewards such as discounts during reservation, hotel vouchers or vouchers from partners of the program. Members have online access to their Le Club Accorhotels accounts, which allows them to check their reservations, browse through the history of their earned and spent points, choose a reward or take advantage of a personalized offer at a preferential price. From July 1 holders of Le Club Accorhotels cards get 25 percent more points per stay.
