Poland’s largest bank PKO BP wants to sell PLN 2.3-2.5 billion worth of consumer loans quarterly in 2014, deputy CEO Jacek Oblekowski told PAP Polish news agency.

"We expect that in 2014 the average quarterly sales of consumer loans will amount to PLN 2.3-2.5 billion, i.e. at the level of the last quarter of 2013," Oblekowski said.

PKO BP "maintains a good quality of the consumer loan portfolio and the average value of a loan is growing gradually and currently amounts to PLN 11,000-12,000," he added.

PKO BP's retail and private banking loan portfolio stood at PLN 20.8 billion at end-2013.
