Fiat Auto Poland, a unit of Italian car maker Fiat, posted some PLN 291.3 million in 2013 net profit, up from PLN 106.7 million a year earlier, despite a decline in revenues, the company's representatives said on Friday.

Revenues fell to about PLN 13.2 billion from PLN 14.1 billion in 2012, with the decline driven by lower production.

In 2013, 295,600 cars rolled off production tapes at Fiat's Tychy-based plant, down from 348,500 in 2012.

Fiat Auto Poland plans 2014 production to remain stable year on year, according to the firm's representatives.
