Poland's Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) notified the prosecutor-general of suspected fraud in relation to public procurement orders for IT equipment and services granted by the Ministry of Justice, the CBA said on Friday.

The total value of the allegedly wrongfully granted orders is estimated at over PLN 100 million, the CBA said.

The case concerns two people, one director and one other employee from the Justice Ministry, CBA spokesman Jacek Dobrzynski told PAP Polish news agency.

The new case follows an ongoing prosecutor's investigation begun in July 2013 upon the Justice Ministry's request and involving suspicion of a fraudulent tender for building an electronic service system for the Justice Ministry.
