Multimedia Center in Your Hands
Consumer electronics company Prestigio has launched a new tablet computer called the MultiPad Wize 5002, offering a quad core processor with internal clock speed of 1.3 GHz and a Mali-450 MP4 quad core graphic card. The device has 1GB of RAM memory and a large, 10.1-inch LCD IPS display with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels. This portable device comes with two cameras (2 MPx and 0.3 MPx) and is fitted with a Bluetooth 4.0 interface. Its internal storage capacity of 8 GB is expandable to 40 GB.

Contactless Card Safety
The Amsterdam, a new wallet from the Hama est. 1923 company, is lined with special shielding foil called Cryptalloy to ensure safe storage of contactless credit cards and other documents. Cryptalloy effectively blocks radio frequencies that could be used to steal data from such cards. Available in trendy colors, the Amsterdam wallet is made of high-end cowhide leather specially tanned to be exceptionally soft.

Off the Beaten Track
The Volvo V40 Cross Country is ideal for drivers who enjoy taking the occasional ride down a dirt road. The car has a front bumper with built-in LED daytime lights, a honeycomb mesh grille, metallic door sills and metallic panels under the front and rear bumpers. It comes with 18-inch aluminum sport rims and low-profile tires. The V40 Cross Country comes with a range of engines, including a turbo-charged 2-liter diesel engine with 190 hp that takes the car to 100 kph in just 7.5 seconds, with a top speed of 210 kph. According to the producer, models with this engine consume an average of 4.3 liters per 100 km.

Electronic equipment manufacturer Blaupunkt has unveiled a new car video recorder, the BP 2.0 FHD. In addition to a Full HD camera with a 120-degree viewing angle, the new device has an integrated microphone and speaker. Footage recorded by the camera can be played back on the device’s 2-inch, HD TFT LCD screen. The BP 2.0 FHD supports memory cards of up to 32GB and has a loop recording feature of 30 seconds, 1 minute and 2 minutes.
