UK-based multinational tax, accounting and business services firm Baker Tilly is holding its annual EMEA International Conference at the Sofitel Victoria Warsaw hotel April 25-28. The event focuses on the company’s business in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Baker Tilly, active on the Polish market since 1992, is an international network of consulting and outsourcing firms providing comprehensive solutions to the business-to-business (B2B) sector.

The EMEA International Conference is an annual event organized by Baker Tilly International. It was held for the first time in 1989 and since then it has been organized every year in different cities. The conference brings together global opinion shapers, businessmen and investors. So far it has been held in Paris, Stockholm, Estoril, Copenhagen, Berlin, Madrid, Dublin, Lucerne, Oslo, Rome, London, Moscow, Amsterdam, Vienna, Munich, Brussels, Edinburgh, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Geneva, Budapest, and Barcelona, in addition to Malta and Cyprus.

The purpose of the meeting is primarily the exchange of experiences between members of Baker Tilly International, as well as a discussion on the development and prospects of local and international businesses.

The first part of the conference is targeted at Baker Tilly International member firms. They will talk about business opportunities while focusing on expanding their knowledge and service lines with a view to building robust and innovative firms.

The second part, entitled “Expand Abroad,” is targeted mainly at Polish entrepreneurs who intend to grow their businesses abroad. Polish companies will have a unique opportunity to meet with Baker Tilly International member firms from Germany, France, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Britain and Ireland and discuss the practical aspects of establishing their business, acquiring a company, or buying a shelf company in these countries.

The event will provide Polish companies with resources, connections and unique insights that will help them grow their businesses abroad.
