Poland is a very important market for Fujitsu.

The company appreciates Poland’s potential and the results of this are evident. Several new Fujitsu businesses have been launched in Poland in recent years and Fujitsu now has more than 1,000 employees here. We provide a much wider range of services than we did just a few years ago. Our innovative portfolio has enabled us to reach the final phase of a number of planned information and communication technology (ICT) projects in sectors such as banking and telecommunications. Innovations are now arriving in Poland much more quickly. For example, we have started to offer cutting-edge, multipurpose ATMs along with solutions for the banking sector, such as multi-channel banking. I am anticipating a lot of interest in our PalmSecure authentication system, which uses biometric technology based on the unique vein pattern in the user’s palm. Our innovative services and products cater to different sectors.

One of Fujitsu’s strong points is that it is able to provide, deliver and maintain comprehensive ICT solutions tailored the needs of customers, together with partially taking on the risk involved in projects. In recent years, this has given Fujitsu an advantage over the competition, including competitors in Poland.
Marcin Olszewski, Vice President of Fujitsu, Head of Eastern Europe Managing Director of Fujitsu Poland
