Elzbieta Bienkowska
Poland will use up all EU funds from the 2007-2013 perspective, though it has only two years left for spending EUR 21.5 billion, deputy PM and Infrastructure and Regional Development Minister Elzbieta Bienkowska told Rzeczpospolita daily.

The Polish government has already signed agreements to allocate 98% of the funds, Bienkowska added.

She also said that the government is likely to sign a partnership deal, a document which outlines the way Poland intends to spend funds from the new 2014-2020 perspective, with the European Commission in May before the European Parliament elections.
