A Culinary Book Fair July 24-26 will bring together celebrity chefs, publishers and authors who will share their knowledge and love of food with audiences at Warsaw’s Center for Contemporary Art.

Held for the third time, the Culinary Book Fair will this year focus on culinary experience, in the sense of a learning process, but also as the experience of experimenting with food and flavors.

The fair participants and exhibitors will include cooking experts and enthusiasts, celebrity chefs, famous restaurant owners, culinary bloggers, cook book authors and editors of food magazines. Celebrity restaurateur Marta Gessler, the organizer of the fair and the owner of the Qchnia Artystyczna restaurant, says people gain culinary experience whenever they cook, talk about food and socialize over a meal. “To a large extent, we also get it from culinary books, which is why the Culinary Book Fair is an important platform,” Gessler says.

Visitors to the fair will see an exhibition of food magazines from around the world, including from Lebanon, Japan, Norway and the United States. The exhibition aims to show audiences how people in other countries think about food.
