Polish-Danish trade and investment cooperation is increasingly important, Poland’s President Bronislaw Komorowski said at the opening of the "Denmark & Poland -- Cooperation and Innovation" exhibition in Warsaw.
The event was attended by the Danish Crown Prince Frederik and Princess Mary whose three-day visit to Poland started on Monday.
The Royal Couple is accompanied by a number of Danish top officials including the trade minister, Mogens Jensen, the climate minister, Kirsten Brosbøl, and the health minister, Nick Hækkerup, who head a Danish export contingency of more than 60 companies.
Denmark has a strong and positive brand in Poland and a business boost from the Royal Couple will help generate new openings and awareness about Denmark,” Jensen said.
Komorowski said Poland's importance to Denmark and Denmark's to Poland as import and export partners is growing consistently, adding that he is happy about growing Polish agricultural product presence in Denmark.
