Means for Poland’s road maintenance in 2014 cut by half
May 20, 2014
Poland's road authority GDDKIA will spend some PLN 200 million on road maintenance in 2014, down from PLN 468 million spent in 2013.
The reason for the substantial reduction of means for maintenance stems from the necessity to finance modernization of roads and crossroads, GDDKiA said.
The reconstruction works are estimated at PLN 400 million, GDDKiA said.
