PGE unit signs EUR 2bn euro bond program deal with banks

PGE power unit PGE Sweden signed a documentation for EUR 2 billion in mid-term euro bond program with a group of banks, the company said in a market filing.

The bonds will bear tenors of at least 1 year.

Documentation of the program was signed with banks BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, ING Bank N.V. London Branch,
Nordea Bank Danmark, PKO BP and Société Générale as Initial Dealers as well as the London Branch of Citibank as Agent and Paying Agent, PGE said.

Along with the establishment of the bond program, PGE signed an agreement with its Swedish unit to issue a guarantee of up to EUR 2.5 billion, the filing reads.
