Apsys gets loan for Lacina shopping mall project

A consortium of banks ING BSK, Germany's Berlin Hyp and state special-purpose bank BGK granted a six-year loan of EUR 187 million and PLN 42 million for the construction of "Lacina" shopping mall in Poznan, western Poland, by France's Apsys.

BGK joined the project within the framework of 'Polish Investments' program. Each of the consortium members issued over EUR 50 million worth of financing.
