American Indie rock band The National are playing at Warsaw’s Sowińskiego Park June 9, as a part of a tour promoting their sixth album, Trouble Will Find Me.

The National was founded in 1999 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their lyrics, often dark and melancholic, are written by lead singer Matt Berninger. The rest of the team comprises two pairs of brothers: Aaron (guitar and keyboards) and Bryce Dessner (guitar), and Scott (bass guitar) and Bryan Devendorf (drums).

The musicians themselves have described their new album as the most self-assured collection of songs they have produced so far.

June 9; Sowińskiego Park Amphitheater; Warsaw (Wola district)
