New plays at Collegium Nobilium
June 9, 2014
The Collegium Nobilium Theater, which is run by the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw, is staging two new plays in June.
The first is The Bald Soprano by Eugene Ionesco. This grotesque theater of the absurd classic delivers a parody of conventions and stereotypes.
The other play, Inscription by Gérald Sibleyras, is an exam project overseen by Polish theater actor and director Wojciech Malajkat. He describes the play as a story of manipulation and the emotions it evokes.
