Majority of Polish firms want to increase employment

Employers assess financial situation of their companies positively and are optimistic about their future situation, a survey run by labor market intermediary Randstad and TNS Polska pollster showed.

Some 62% of the surveyed companies assess their situation positively and only 7% complain about their situation. Therefore, some 26% of companies intend to increase employment, which makes one-third more than in the prior year period.

The largest employment increase is expected to take place in industry and construction.
