July 14, 2014
Telecom infrastructure firm Hawe leading shareholder Marek Falenta granted exclusive bargaining rights for the purchase of his stake in Hawe to one of interested investors, Falenta said in a press statement.
The exclusive rights were granted until end-July, Falenta said.
The potential investor was not mentioned by name. According to the Friday edition of Puls Biznesu daily, entities interested in Hawe might include listed MCI Management, stock market mogul Michal Solowow as well as Investors capital group.
Falenta said he would sell his stake after allegations appeared that he had ordered wire-tapping conversations by politicians and businesspeople.
Falenta controls an 8% stake in Hawe directly and another 27.1% via a Cypriot firm
