Polish HICP inflation flat at 0.3pct y/y in June - Eurostat

Poland's harmonized annual HICP inflation measured 0.3% in June, the same level as in May and April, Eurostat said in a statement.
Month on month, prices did not move, the statement shows.
Poland's CPI as calculated by the Central Statistical Office (GUS) also measured 0.3% y/y in June, up from 0.2% in May.
HICP is used to determine countries' compliance with Maastricht treaty inflation criteria, necessary for euro adoption. The maximum allowed inflation is set at 1.5 pp above the level of three-year average of countries with the lowest result in the EU.
