Szymon Łukowski Quartet live at Haka Bar

Szymon Łukowski Quartet, a modern jazz band by an acclaimed, young saxophone a clarinet player, will give a concert at Haka Bar July 31 as part of the Haka Live Music series of Thursday concerts.

Łukowski, who studied under a renowned Polish saxophonist
Maciej Sikała, and has won many prizes for his performance, contributes to many jazz acts, including Piotr Lemańczyk Quartet – North, Projazzteren, Soul Essense Quartet, Jazz Big Band '75 and Eljazz Big Band.

Last February Łukowski and his Quintet released their debut album.

Michał Sołtan - guitar
Marcin Cichocki - hammond organ
Tomasz "Harry" Waldowski – drums

Haka Live Music is a summer series of concerts held every Thursday at 8 pm at Haka Bar, 20 Bracka St. in Warsaw until September 4. The program is versatile and includes jazz, funk, soul, blues and acoustic rock concerts.
