Poland will likely plan some PLN 4 billion in dividend income in its 2015 budget, a government source told PAP Polish news agency.

"In the 2015 budget bill the dividend income from firms the Treasury holds stakes in will measure some PLN 4 billion," the source said.

The amount is in line with the information the Treasury Ministry sent to the Finance Ministry, the source added.

Back in early July, deputy Treasury Minister Wojciech Kowalczyk said that 2015 dividend income may be close to the PLN 4.6 billion planned for 2014. He also said that Poland would most likely meet its 2014 dividend income target.
