Grzywinski named acting CEO of Warsaw Stock Exchange
March 17, 2017
WSE operator GPW appointed its supervisory board member Jaroslaw Grzywinski as acting CEO in a sign of trust from deputy PM Mateusz Morawiecki.
Grzywinski is a lawyer involved with the capital market for more than ten years, and has let himself be known as an expert in the field, a person familiar with the circumstances of the appointment told the daily Puls Biznesu.
The management of GPW will now consist of five persons, since the supervisory board kept Pawel Dziekonski, a close associate of the dismissed CEO Malgorzata Zaleska.
