PGNIG hikes gas tariffs
March 20, 2017
Poland's natural gas firm PGNiG saw energy market regulator URE approve its natural gas tariff, with prices for largest clients up by 7.9-8.0% and prices for retail clients up by 1.6%, the company said in a market filing.
For largest clients, the price went up by 8.0% for high-methane gas and by 7.9% for the high-nitrogen gas. The tariff will take effect on April 1 and expire on June 30.
The retail tariff hike concerns just the price of gas, while subscription fees will hold flat. The tariff will take effect on April 1 and expire on December 31.
