Poland sees the EC's decision on launching a procedure against Poland over not accepting refugees as "unfair" and an instance of "double standards," and will thus "defend" itself against this decision, Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski said.
Poland has one month to reply to the European Commission's decision to launch an infringement procedure against Poland and other countries refusing to take part in the EU refugee relocation program, EC spokesperson Alexander Winterstein announcedy Poland has its stance on refugee relocation set both in political and legal terms ready so a 4-week deadline is not a problem, Polish deputy foreign minister Konrad Szymanski commented.
