Marek Dietl
The Warsaw Stock Exchange operator GPW is unlikely to secure the financial market regulator's (KNF) approval for its new CEO Marek Dietl and his deputy Jaroslaw Grzywinski at the KNF's nearest sitting on July 18, but rather at one of the August sittings, the daily Parkiet writes citing market rumor.
At the moment, the KNF is communicating with the GPW management over some missing documentation, the regulator said.
By law, decisions in such cases should be taken within a month or, in more complicated cases, within two months from the process launch. The company has remained without a legitimate CEO for 123 days now, Parkiet notes.
