PKO BP in the lead

Listed bank PKO BP was indicated as the primary bank by 20% of small firms in a 2017 survey by CBM Indicator and the Warsaw Banking Institute (WIB), up from 16% in 2016, the dailies Parkiet and Rzeczpospolita report. Pekao came second with 14%, BZ WBK third with 11%, ING BSK fourth with 8% and mBank fifth with 6%.
BZ WBK enjoyed a slight improvement as compared to last year, while ING BSK and mBank suffered deterioration. PKO BP won also in the category of secondary banks, chosen by 21% of the surveyed.
One bank's services are insufficient for nearly 20% of the companies. 75% of companies would be ready to switch their primary bank if incentivized by better prices or offer.
