Germany's stance on Poland's rights to claim WWII reparations is doubtful and far-fetched, PiS MP Arkadiusz Mularczyk told Polskie Radio on Thursday.
When relinquishing its claims in 1953, Poland was not sovereign, and the act considered East Germany only, he added.
Earlier, defense minister Antoni Macierewicz said that Poland should definitely receive war reparations from Germany. Poland has never actually renounced such reparations, as it was a "Soviet colony" at the time when the decision to do so was made," he argued.
