Jaroslaw Gowin
Poland's ruling alliance of rightist parties needs to reach a compromise on the reform of the Supreme Court, junior coalition party Poland Together leader Jaroslaw Gowin told daily Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
Gowin's party voted in favor of PiS-authored bill on the Supreme Court, despite numerous doubts, to preserve unity of the ruling alliance, but later praised president's vetoes, Gowin said of his party's stance.
The "dispute" between President Andrzej Duda and Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro over the Supreme Court reform should be settled "away from the media," Gowin indicated.
