Marek Dietl
The Warsaw Stock Exchange operator GPW is unlikely to obtain regulatory decisions concerning the CEO and deputy CEO nominees at the financial watchdog KNF's nearest sitting on August 29, the daily Parkiet writes.
Both the CEO candidate Marek Dietl and his potential deputy Jaroslaw Grzywinski have had to provide the KNF with additional information concerning their CVs in the recent days, according to the daily's findings.
Proceedings at the KNF could well extend into mid-2018, when the current management's term expires, the daily speculates. The protracted interregnum at GPW has reportedly already provoked complaints from a foreign investment fund with a 4% shareholding. Eight months of functioning without a CEO is damaging both to GPW's corporate governance and image, market players agree.
