Polish ministry of defense has prepared a draft bill on the defense minister's office assuming changes to the army command system and sent it over to the president Andrzej Duda for review, deputy defense minister Tomasz Szatkowski said in an interview with Rzeczpospolita daily.
The new command system bill is aimed at strengthening the position of Chief of Staff, and the ministry believes in a compromise with the president over the issue, Szatkowski said.
