Poland's natgas transit system operator Gaz-System and listed fuel concern PKN Orlen are plotting investments into their own underground natgas storage facilities following the example of listed natgas company PGNiG which already owns seven such warehouses and might want to increase this number, the daily Rzeczpospolita writes.
Both Gaz-System and PKN Orlen are now probing their possibilities concerning such type of investments and are rather reluctant to share the details, as their spokespersons offered the daily general comments on some preparatory, engineering and geological works under way.
