SPEKTRUM Film Festival

Third edition of SPEKTRUM Film Festival in 安idnica will be held between 9th and 12th November. This time the main theme is the role of the sound in film works.
Instead of many screenings audience will take part also in events connected to music. Main points in program are Full-Length Features Competition and Shorts Competition. The first one includes movies like: “Loving Vincent” directed by Dorota Kobiela (a film connecting art and animation), “Spoor” by Agnieszka Holland, “Loveless” directed by Andrei Zvyagintsev – story about disintegrating marriage because of which life of their child turns into hell.
In Shorts Competition the movies are: “Nothing New Under The Sun” directed by Damian Kocur, “Heimat” by Emi Buchwald, “Time To Go” by Grzegorz Mo責a, “The Best Fireworks Ever” – Aleksandra Terpinska.
In event program one can find meetings with Krzysztof Zanussi, Olga Tokarczuk, Jakub Gierszal or Marta Nieradkiewicz.
There are also film quiz, film walk around the city and marvellous show of EABS (modern jazz interpretation of Krzysztof Komeda). All that in beautiful neighbourhood of 安idnica.
