Listed HR group Work Service wants to lower its net debt-to-EBITDA ratio to 2.5x at end-2020, CEO Maciej Witucki tells daily Parkiet of the company's freshly published strategy.
Work Service's liabilities currently total PLN 310 million. The company will continue to expand rapidly and grow its margins despite reducing the number of high-margin units in the group, with margins on new contracts reaching 30-40%, Witucki asserts.
Work Service wants to double the annual number of recruited Ukrainians to 10,000 in 2018 while not planning to increase recruitment among Poles, he adds.
