Poland's long-expected cabinet reshuffle may result in the replacement of the PM office top officials Beata Kempa and Elzbieta Witek by the development minister Mateusz Morawiecki's people should the latter become the new PM, the daily Dziennik Gazeta Prawna writes of its own findings.
The development ministry could be taken over by the current deputy development minister Jerzy Kwiecinski, the daily writes, while the rival Puls Biznesu adds the blue-chip bank PKO BP head Zbigniew Jagiello and the Polish Development Fund director Pawel Borys to the pool of candidates.
Finance ministry insiders Teresa Czerwinska and Pawel Gruza are both named as potential nominees for the finance minister position, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna claims.
The controversy-inspiring national defense minister Antoni Macierewicz might retain his post after all as his relations with his main adversary President Andrzej Duda have recently improved, the daily writes.
The environment minister Jan Szyszko is in danger, just like the foreign minister Witold Waszczykowski, the newspaper claims.
