The European Commission is unlikely to find a majority of 22 member states required to launch Article 7 against Poland over the infringement of the rule of law, the daily Rzeczpospolita writes citing own information. The Polish government's strategy to postpone any decisions on the issue by engaging in talks on the details of the matter in Brussels may succeed, the daily further claims.
