Poland's anti-defamation bill was condemned also by Ukraine whose President Petro Poroshenko expressed "deep concern" and called the "assessments included in the decision completely biased and definitely unacceptable.
" Still, Ukraine does not want to escalate the conflict as "both countries would be losers" in such an event, a source close to Ukrainian president tells the daily Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
However, some initiatives that could fuel a conflict between Ukraine and Poland over the bill are possible on the part of Ukrainian parliamentary groupings, the paper notes.
