Poland's leading opposition parties Civic Platform (PO) and Nowoczesna could merge if that is "a natural decision" of both groupings' supporters, PO leader Grzegorz Schetyna told Radio Zet news broadcaster. Nowoczesna has no intention to merge with PO but is talking to the party about a prospective coalition in this year's local elections, Nowoczesna leader Katarzyna Lubanuer commented for PAP.
