Jaroslaw Gowin
The proposed education reform bill affects directly and indirectly the stability of public finance, a source from the Finance Ministry tells the daily Puls Biznesu of the proposal prepared by deputy PM Jaroslaw Gowin.
The final version of the bill should be submitted to the cabinet standing committee next week, according to the paper.
The government cannot accept a proposal of the education reform assuming an obligatory annual increase in the state spending on education and science measured as a percentage of GDP, the Finance Ministry had said in an opinion to the bill issued on February 19.
