EBRD invested PLN 133 million in PKO BP bonds

Poland's #1 lender by assets PKO BP saw the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development buy PLN 133 million of bank's PLN 1 billion subordinated bonds issue, EBRD said in a statement.

"The EBRD has invested PLN 133 million in zloty-denominated subordinated bonds issued by Polish lender PKO Bank Polski as part of its PLN 1 billion bond programme," EBRD said.

PKO BP sold PLN 1 billion in subordinated 10Y bonds, pricing the papers at 150 bps above WIBOR 6M, PKO BP said February 28.
