Listed media group Agora signed a letter of intent with Kino Polska on the potential sale of Agora's full 41.14% stake in TV channel Stopklatka, the company said in a market filing.
A potential sale would mean stopping investments in Stopklatka by Agora and terminating operations in the field of digital terrestrial TV, the filing reads.
The letter of intent will remain in effect until June 30 and does not constitute a binding obligation for the parties to conduct the transaction, Agora stressed.
As recently as in November, Agora's management members vowed the firm had no intention to reduce its holdings in Stopklatka.
