Poland's flagship airline PLL LOT will be discussing a potential takeover of Croatian operator Croatia Airlines with the first meeting likely to take place this summer, Rzeczpospolita daily writes citing own findings.
LOT says it is too early to comment as the talks haven't started yet but underlines it would decide on an acquisition only if it provided an opportunity to accelerate LOT's expansion, head of communications Adrian Kubicki told the daily.
Croatia Airlines has 12 planes and serviced 2.1 million passengers in 2017.
