Listed fuel concern PKN Orlen plans to stick to its dividend policy as it needs to show its attractiveness to investors, CEO Daniel Obajtek told the daily Parkiet in an interview.
The company is doing all it can to repeat the H1 result in H2, in spite of the less favorable macroeconomic conditions, Obajtek added.
PKN Orlen is consistently pursuing its prospective merger with peer Lotos in full awareness of problems expected to appear along the way, Obajtek said.
