Coal miner under inspection

Poland's Energy Ministry officers are conducting an inspection in coal miner JSW at the motion of the supervisory board, Energy Minister Krzysztof Tchorzewski admitted in a comment to media reports on imminent dismissal of JSW CEO Daniel Ozon, but would not comment on the dismissal itself.
JSW's unions stand firm behind Ozon, an open letter from unions to PM Mateusz Morawiecki and Energy Minister Krzysztof Tchorzewski showed. Ozon is seen by unions and personnel as a committed manager who helped to overcome the company's financial problems and put it back on the profitability track, according to the letter.
