Neopark office park
Olympus, a leading global producer of technologies dedicated to medical systems, life science solutions and digital cameras, has decided to move its Polish headquarters to Neopark office park in Warsaw, where it has leased 1,475 sq m of space.
The company will also launch a shared services center in Wroclaw, which will be responsible for handling its business processes in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Olympus Business Services Europe occupies nearly 5,390 sq m of space at Retro Office House office building.
In both cases, experts from JLL advised the tenant on selecting the appropriate office project and negotiating favorable lease terms.
The relocation to Neopark complex is scheduled for mid-May 2019. Neopark will serve as the corporate headquarters responsible for, among others, running marketing activities as well as the sale and servicing of microscopes and endoscopes on the Polish market.
At Retro Office House, the company will launch Olympus Business Services Europe, which will be responsible for finances, supply chain management and sales support in the EMEA region.
“In both cases, Olympus has focused on modern, well-located office projects that provide employees with comfort, and easy access to shopping, cultural and leisure amenities. We are glad to support Olympus in its rapid development on the Polish market. The fact that such a prestigious brand expands its operations in our country confirms the excellent investment climate in Poland”, explained Izabela Ciszewska, Associate Director, Tenant Representation, JLL.
Neopark, located in the business centre of Mokotow district of Warsaw, is a state-of-the-art, class A office complex that offers approx. 24,000 sq m of leasable space. Retro Office House has 20,000 sq m of modern office space and 2,500 sq m of retail space at the tenants’ disposal. The building is located, on Pilsudskiego Street in the heart of Wroclaw, and next to the city’s major arterial route.
