Novotel Vilnius Centre
Novotel Vilnius Centre has been welcoming guests since 2004 and has become a very appreciated address in the capital city of Lithuania.
Orbis Group and Vastint Lithuania UAB have decided to extend the existing lease agreement for the next 15 years and agreed upon a general building technical and product renovation plan in order to fully unlock the potentials of this prime hotel property.
“Lithuania and especially Vilnius, is one of the hottest leisure & MICE destination in Europe right now. By planning with the owner the modernization of the interiors, including a rooms renovation, re-arrangement of the F&B area and MICE facilities, the hotel will open up more with the dynamic & vibrant life of the city and become the “place to be” in Vilnius. That’s our ambition”, Dominik Sołtysik, Chief Investment & Development Officer, Member of the Management Board of Orbis Group, said.
“The concept presented by the design & technical experts from AccorHotels for that specific and prime hotel property is truly inspiring and promising. We’re simply happy to extend the lease agreement with Orbis Group”, Kęstutis Vedeckis, Managing Director of Vastint UAB, owner of the hotel, added.
Novotel Vilnius Center offers today 159 rooms, conference facilities and a Novo2 restaurant. The hotel is located just a few minute walk from Vilnius Old Town & business district.
The Orbis chain comprises 5 other hotels in Lithuania: a newly opened ibis Vilnius Centre, ibis Kaunas, Mercure Marijampole, ibis Styles Vilnius and ibis Styles Klaipeda.
The Group is also present in Latvia with 4 hotels in Riga and is looking forward to the opening of ibis Tallinn Center in summer 2019.
