Poland's cabinet approved its PLN 416.1 billion 2019 budget bill with its PLN 28.5 billion deficit and will send now the bill to parliament ahead of the end-September constitutional deadline, PM Mateusz Morawiecki and FinMin Teresa Czerwinska told a news briefing.
The budget is built on assumption of PLN 387.6 billion in revenues, PLN 416.1 billion in spending and a deficit of PLN 28.5 billion.
Among revenues, tax revenues are budgeted at PLN 359.7 billion, including almost PLN 180 billion in VAT, PLN 34.8 billion in CIT and PLN 64.3 billion in PIT.
Poland's 2019 general government deficit to measure 1.7% of GDP, Czerwinska also said.
