Andrzej Duda
President Andrzej Duda believes that the European Commission's complaint against Poland sent to the European Court of Justice "is not good news" for Poland, Duda said in an interview for broadcaster Polsat News.
Meanwhile, the Polish government has filed a complaint to the ECJ against the posted worker directive as it sees it as a protectionist tool, deputy Foreign Minister Konrad Szymanski announced.
