Bertelsmann' ranking bad for Poland

Poland has dropped to the 37th position in the latest Policy Performance and Governance Capacities report by the Bertelsmann Stiftung.
In the report, covering 41 OECD and EU countries, Poland dropped by 29 positions from the 2014 report on the subject.
The decline was caused mostly by deterioration in the rule of law, including limitations to judicial independence, the chief researcher for the project showed.
