• Justyna Majkowska, former vocalist of Ich Troje, has learned sign language. She wants to teach hearing and speech impaired children, although she is not going to quit singing. She says she will release a solo album soon, but if it's not a success, she will concentrate on working with children.


• Zenon Laskowik, a legend of Polish cabaret, has given up his job as a postman and made a comeback after years of absence. So far, 5,000 people have seen his 33 cabaret shows in Poznań. Tickets are sold months in advance and there is a long line in front of the venue every day.


• Composer Krzesimir Dębski doesn't eat much, but he can eat almost anything. In Malaysia, he tasted dog meat at a reception hosted by a city mayor. Dębski would have committed a faux pas had he not tried the dish. He decided it was his personal revenge for once being badly bitten by a dog.


• Krzysztof Ibisz, a favorite TV presenter and host of numerous programs, is divorcing his wife Anna. Apparently, their respective careers clashed and they have been seeing very little of each other. He has been making more and more new programs while she has become the editor-in-chief of a magazine.
