The Tooth of the Matter
Dental services in Poland meet high European standards. Due to the rapid development of detistry, a visit to the dentist is no longer a problem for many patients.
Allprocedures are performed with anesthesia, and thanks to special gels, even the insertion of a needle is painless. Thanks to new-generation materials, esthetic dentistry makes it possible to rebuild decayed and damaged teeth. An increasingly common treatment is whitening-either at home by means of special dental trays applied during sleep, or at the dentist's office during a single visit.
At our office, extraction of a tooth is treated as the very last resort. We treat each and every tooth whenever possible, thanks to state-of-the-art apparatus for root canal treatment. We also use a microdrill for preparing the canal and an endometer for measuring its length.
We X-ray teeth by means of radiovisiography, a modern computer/digital intraoral diagnostic method.
Paradentosis is a modern-era disease. Our task is prevention by removing plaque. In especially serious cases, we perform surgically-controlled bone regeneration procedures.
The loss of one or more teeth is less of a problem today thanks to implants. An implant replaces one's own tooth. An alternative is prosthetic treatment-capping the tooth with a crown and partial denture or bridge, difficult to distinguish from natural teeth. For children, we offer fillings in various colors. Thanks to an intraoral camera, our patients can see a magnified picture of their own teeth on a monitor. With the perfect sterility of the instruments and the packages opened directly before use in the patient's presence, the danger of infection has been eliminated. All crooked and uneven teeth can be effectively treated at any age thanks to orthodontic devices. We put much stress on prevention. Once a year our patients undergo thorough cleaning, fluoridation and free dental checkups as a requirement.
